The order was not delivered within the promised timeframe
The service did not function as described (e.g., proxy not working, views not showing)
Duplicate payment was made for the same service
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

We cannot offer refunds if:
The delivery was completed successfully
The issue was due to wrong details submitted by the user (e.g., wrong link or username)
You changed your mind after placing the order
You violated platform rules while using the service
